MVA Live Transfers & MVA Leads for Law Firms | Attorney Scaler

MVA cases for $1,800 – $2,100

$600 – $700 per transfer1 in 3 close rate average

Qualification criteria

  • Not at fault
  • Accident within two years (majority within 6–12 months)
  • At-fault party insured
  • Real injury, real treatment (soft tissue minimum)
  • Treated within 45 days
  • No gap over 45 days
  • Unrepresented, never dropped

Outside criteria = replaced

Every call is recorded. If a claimant lied to our qualifiers, it's on the recording and the transfer is replaced. You never pay for a call that shouldn't have reached you.

20% minimum close rate, guaranteed

Your investment is protected. If your retained rate lands under 20%, we keep sending transfers free until you're made whole. Order 40, sign fewer than 8, and we fill the gap.*

No filter on catastrophic or commercial

The big cases aren't pulled out and sold elsewhere. Roughly one in 10 to 15 is catastrophic or commercial and reaches you like any other. Same screen, same price, no upcharge.

Every call has the potential to be a case: a not-at-fault victim with a treated injury and no lawyer yet. Replacements and the close-rate guarantee protect your money either way.

Case cost calculator

Two answers. Your rate depends on the state, your cost per case depends on your intake.

An estimate, not a quote. Cost per case is the transfer rate for your state multiplied by the number of calls it takes your team to sign one.

MVA live transfers, answered

What is an MVA live transfer?

An MVA live transfer is a motor vehicle accident claimant who calls our advertising line, is screened live by our agent against your qualification criteria, and is then connected by phone directly to your intake team while still on the line. Unlike a form-fill lead, the claimant is already on the phone and already qualified when your team picks up.

How much do MVA live transfers cost?

Pricing is set per state: $700 in California; $650 in Florida, Texas, Nevada, New York and Arizona; $625 in Illinois and Washington; and $600 in all other states. Colorado is not available. There is no setup fee, no platform fee and no monthly retainer, and rates are negotiable above 200 transfers per order.

When does an MVA live transfer become billable?

Ninety seconds after the transfer connects to your intake team. The buffer is measured from the moment your team picks up, not from the first ring, so hold time, IVR time and transfer lag are not billed to you. If you end the call inside that 90-second window it is never billed.

What qualification criteria do MVA leads go through?

Every claimant is screened against seven criteria before transfer: not at fault, accident within two years, at-fault party insured, a real injury with treatment, first treatment within 45 days, no treatment gap over 45 days, and not currently represented or previously dropped by another firm. A claimant who fails any one of them is never transferred and never billed.

What is the minimum order for MVA live transfers?

The minimum order is 40 transfers, paid in two halves. You pay for the first 20 to start, and the second 20 is only invoiced once the first batch has been delivered in full, so you never pay ahead of what you have received.

Do you filter out catastrophic or commercial vehicle cases?

No. Catastrophic injury and commercial vehicle cases are not held back, priced separately or routed elsewhere. Typically one in every 10 to 15 cases is catastrophic or commercial, and it is transferred to you at the same per-transfer rate as everything else.

Is Attorney Scaler a law firm or a referral service?

Neither. Attorney Scaler LLC is an advertising and lead generation company. We sell advertising results at a flat per-transfer price. We do not share in fees, recommend counsel or handle cases, and purchasing firms remain responsible for compliance with their own state bar advertising rules.

The four ways firms buy MVA cases

Same goal, very different cost per signed case.

Form-fill leads Elsewhere
$400 – $500 each

A name from a form. Nobody has spoken to them, so your team does all the chasing and all the screening.

  • Close rates as low as 5%
  • Unscreened before you pay for it
Per signed case$3,000 – $9,000
Signed retainers Elsewhere
$3,000 – $5,000 each

A finished case at a premium, until review starts. You never spoke to the claimant yourself.

  • Around 20% rejected on review
  • You pay for the rejects too
Per signed case$3,750 – $6,250
Aggregator transfers Elsewhere

The right product through the wrong door. Every hand between the ad and your phone takes a cut.

  • No view of who ran the ad
  • Disputes go to a broker, not the source

Attorney Scaler From us
$600 – $700 per transfer

About 20–30% more than a web form, for a claimant screened against all seven criteria and still on the line when you pick up.

  • 1 in 3 close rate
  • First 90 seconds never billed
Per signed case$1,800 – $2,100

It's like buying from the farmer instead of the supermarket. Same product, fewer hands in between, and you can talk to the lead generator directly.

Typical market ranges, not quotes. Cost per signed case assumes the close rates shown and depends on your own intake and sales process.

Attorney Scaler LLC is an advertising and lead generation company. It is not a law firm, does not practice law, does not provide legal advice, and does not refer, recommend, endorse or vouch for any attorney or law firm. Live transfers are sold as advertising results at a fixed per-transfer price. Attorney Scaler does not share in legal fees, does not take a percentage of any recovery, and has no interest in the outcome of any claim.

Nothing on this page is an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of results. Rates, order minimums, delivery timelines, screening criteria, replacement and credit remedies, and any close-rate provision are described here in summary only and may change at any time. The signed Lead Supply Agreement and the applicable order between Attorney Scaler LLC and the purchasing firm are the sole and controlling statement of what is provided and on what terms; where anything on this page differs from that agreement, the agreement governs in full.

Purchasing firms are solely responsible for their own compliance with the rules of professional conduct, advertising and solicitation rules, fee-sharing restrictions, and applicable state and federal law in every jurisdiction in which they practice, including the TCPA and state analogues. Firms are responsible for verifying conflicts, jurisdiction and the merits of any matter before accepting representation. Attorney Scaler does not evaluate the legal merit or value of any claim; screening for advertising purposes is not a legal assessment of a case.

* Case values, close rates and cost-per-case figures shown are illustrative. Estimated case-value ranges reflect typical published settlement and verdict reporting for each injury type; actual value turns on liability, policy limits, treatment, venue and jurisdiction, and no case value is predicted or guaranteed. Close-rate figures are self-reported by buying firms through disposition tracking, are not audited, and depend on each firm's own intake and sales process. Cost per signed case of $1,800–$2,100 is transfer price divided by a 1-in-3 close rate and is not a promise of results. The results of other firms do not predict your results.

** The transfer ticket, the transfer log and the on-screen notifications on this page are illustrations of how calls are screened, timed and billed. They are not a live feed of actual transfers. Names, locations, call durations, timestamps and case values shown are representative and do not depict real claimants.
