Scope of Services

Attorney Scaler is a marketing company. We generate inbound consumer interest and deliver legal inquiries and/or route inbound consumer phone calls related to motor vehicle accidents (“MVA”) to attorneys, law firms, and legal marketing networks (“Business Clients”).

Attorney Scaler is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not determine legal merit, liability, damages, or case outcomes.

Information We Collect

Depending on the context and how you interact with the Services, we may collect the following categories of information:

A. Consumer / Inquiry Information (Information You Provide)

Name, phone number, email address
Location (city, state, ZIP code)
Incident details you provide (e.g., accident type, date, injuries, treatment status)
Self-reported responses to qualification questions

B. To Service Providers and Vendors

We may disclose information to vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, attribution, security, CRM, communications (including SMS providers), payment processing, and customer support. Vendors may use information only as necessary to provide services to us.

C. For Legal, Compliance, and Safety Reasons

We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements and policies; and to protect rights, safety, and security.

D. Business Transfers

Information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.

Consent, Sources, and Accuracy

Consumers provide information voluntarily in response to advertisements, forms, calls, or other lawful marketing channels. Information is self-reported by consumers.

Accuracy or completeness of consumer-provided information
Legal merit, eligibility, or case outcomes
That an inquiry will result in representation, settlement, or fees

Business Clients are responsible for independent intake, verification, and compliance.

Calls, Recording, and Consent (If Applicable)

Where calls are used as part of a campaign:
Calls may be recorded with notice provided
By continuing after notice, callers consent to recording and use as described in this Policy
Business Clients are solely responsible for any additional notice, consent, or disclosure requirements applicable to them

SMS, Email, and Communications

We may send operational, administrative, billing, support, or request-related communications.

A. SMS Opt-In / Consent

If you provide your phone number through a form, request, or other interaction, you may receive text messages related to your request and/or service-related updates. Where required, we will obtain your consent (for example, via a clear opt-in checkbox or similar mechanism).
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction and the nature of the request.

B. SMS Opt-Out and Help

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time.
For help, reply HELP.

C. Business Client Communications After Delivery

Marketing or follow-up communications by Business Clients or third parties are governed by their policies and compliance obligations. Attorney Scaler does not control and is not responsible for Business Client communications after delivery.

D. Mobile Information Use and Sharing Statement

We respect your privacy. We only use information you provide through SMS to transmit your messages and respond to you. This includes sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist in message delivery.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for:
Service delivery
Business operations
Legal, compliance, dispute resolution, audit, and enforcement purposes
Retention periods vary based on data type and legal requirements.

Data Security and Handling

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
